Handcrafted in Rajasthan this round pendant features the Trimurti, the Hindu triad of the supreme and most powerful gods: Brahma, the creator; Vishnu, the preserver and Shiva, the destroyer. These three Gods represent the cyclical nature of our existence from birth, preservation, destruction to subsequent regeneration. The pendant has Brahma in the centre and Vishnu and Shiva to either side. It is handmade using high quality thin silver in a fine relief design. The most important Brahma temple in India is located at Pushkar in Rajasthan so it may be possible that this piece was created for devotees visiting that temple.
